We’re looking for community makers to exhibit at the Nappanee Mini Maker Faire this June! Maker Faire showcases the amazing work of all kinds and ages of makers – anyone who embraces the do-it-yourself spirit and wants to share their accomplishments with an appreciative audience.

Makers range from tech enthusiasts to crafters to homesteaders to scientists to garage tinkerers. They are of all ages and backgrounds. The aim of Maker Faire is to entertain, inform, connect and grow this community.

The Nappanee Mini Maker Faire will be held Saturday, June 17 from 10 am – 3 pm. Come and join us under the new downtown pavilion (on the corner of Clark and Market St.)

What exactly is a Maker Faire? Part science fair, part county fair, and part something entirely new, Maker Faire is an all-ages gathering of tech enthusiasts, crafters, educators, tinkerers, hobbyists, engineers, science clubs, authors, artists, students, and commercial exhibitors. All of these “makers” come to Maker Faire to show what they have made and to share what they have learned.

Want to participate in our Mini Maker Faire? It’s free! Apply by clicking on the Call for Makers button by May 10.
